I think I remember Ducky having actual bumper stickers you'd put right on the offender's car, which I think is even more awesome, because it wouldn't be so easy to ignore/remove right away.

I hate it when people park like this, especially the ones who intentionally park on the line to take up two full spots, lest their precious vehicle get a door ding.
